Laxman Jhula is having 450 feets span in length.

The height of roadway is 59 above mean summer water level.The bridge was constructed by PWD during 1927-1929 and it replaces the old bridge of 284 feet span which was the gift of Shri Rai Bahadur surajmal jhunjhunwala.It was opened to public by Mr.Malcom Haley on 11th April,1930.
