Abstract:

The Tokyo International Forum comprises a large theatre, a smaller experimental theatre, an auditorium, a multi-purpose conference hall, and an exhibition space. Covering a built area of nearly 21,000 m², with 144,400 m² of total floor area distributed over 11 stories above ground and three below, the 57.5 m tall Forum is a vast, complex and challenging structure.
