Abstract:

To prevent the grout and fissure water from gushing out of the working face and to ensure the effective diffusion of grout along the fissure under the action of high grouting pressure, the grouting wall should be set up on the working face before grouting to ensure the grouting effect. This study found that under the grouting pressure of 4MPa, the grouting wall model with a thickness of 80cm is more stable than that with a thickness of 50cm. At the same time, for the grouting stop wall with a thickness of 80cm and a dip angle of 50°, both the horizontal deformation and the settlement of the vault have met the requirements of the construction specification in the process of simulated grouting calculation.
