Lübeckertordamm

An experienced site team and the efficient use of PERI formwork systems for the walls, columns and slabs meant the extremely short construction period of only 13 months could comfortably be maintained.Two complete floors, each with slab areas of over 1000 m², could be completed in only 8 days.
The Lübeckertordamm office complex consists of two boomerang-shaped structural wings. Stuttgart-based contractors, Müller-Altvatter, developed a comprehensive formwork concept together with the formwork and scaffolding specialists, PERI.
With the PERI solution, an orderly tie, bolt and element grid arrangement for the round cores could be achieved.
The PERI SKYDECK aluminium panel slab formwork with drophead: fast forming through lightweight individual components, rapid material handling and reduced on-site material requirements due to the possibility of early striking.
