K 2267 Underpass

PERI provided the contractors with a cost-effective solution with formwork and shoring from one source.
The load-bearing and torsion-resistant PERI formwork and scaffold units were assembled using VARIO GT 24 and PERI UP Rosett and were moved to the second casting segment by means of hydraulic cable winches.
The tunnel cross-section was constructed semi-monolithically using a cut-and-cover method – the walls and slab being concreted in one pour. The Weissenhorn-based formwork and scaffolding manufacturer, PERI, provided a very convincing concept.
For the loads from the up to 1.25 m thick walls and slab of the tunnel cross-section, economical bearing capacity and geometry adjustment could be efficiently realised with VARIO GT 24 and PERI UP Rosett.
