Chronology

1907 — 1909

Construction of a tramway masonry arch bridge at the same location for the line from Bellegarde-sur-Valserine to Chézery.

1937

The tramway line is abandoned and the bridge converted for vehicular use.

1944

Blown up by the French Résistance.

1957

Completion of the replacement arch bridge made of reinforced concrete.
