Abstract:	A simplified theory of the Hertz pressure. We have contact problems in structural mechanics f. e. of steel structures or dimensioning of foundations. It is possible sometimes to find approximate analytical solutions, but the trend is to transform these arithmetical operations to computer procedures. This contribution wants to represent a simplified model to check the results.
