Biography
1913
Graduates from Iowa State University.
1913 - 1916
Works for the Iowa Department of Transportation as an engineer.
1916 - 1919
Works at the Civil Engineering Department at Oregon State University which he heads by the end of his tenure there.
1919 - 1932
Head of the Bridge Division of the Oregon Department of Transportation.
1935 - 1937
Moves to San Jose, Costa Rica to work on several of the bridges on the Inter-American Highway.
