Notes & Comments

Dr. E Lionel Pavlo passed away on September 10, 1989. Shortly after the company was sold to [the late] James O'Dea and the firm was renamed O'Dea, Pavlo & Associates. The firm was subsequently renamed OPA Engineers Inc. In 1995 the firm declared bankruptcy and in 1996 the assets of the firm were sold to Rust Environment & Infrastructure, which was subsequently sold to Earth Tech. Although OPA continued as a legal corporation after 1996 they ceased to provide engineering after the sale of assets to Rust. O'Dea passed away in 2002.
